Shipping Policy

Royalsif Cosmetics and Wellness Spa offers both local and international shipping.

 

Local Delivery (Nigeria)

  • Lagos Island deliveries attract a fixed fee of NGN 7,000

  • Lagos Mainland deliveries range from NGN 4,000 to NGN 7,000

  • Delivery timelines within Lagos are communicated after order confirmation

 

Outside Lagos (Nigeria)

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight

  • Delivery partners include GIG Logistics and DHL

  • Final delivery cost will be confirmed before dispatch

 

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available worldwide

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and package weight

  • International delivery is handled by DHL or other approved carriers

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or courier issues are outside our control.

 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, returns are handled carefully.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return

  • Products damaged during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Proof such as photos or videos may be required to process return requests

Spa services, digital products, and online courses are non returnable once accessed or delivered.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged product reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Failed delivery due to error on our part

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible or via bank transfer.

Processing time for refunds may take 5 to 10 business days after approval.
